Three years ago, I was at a point in my life where nothing felt easy. I weighed 95 kilos, struggled with constant body pain, low confidence, and health challenges like PCOS. I tried multiple weight-loss products and spent a lot of money, hoping for change but each time, I was left disappointed and exhausted.
That was when I decided to pause and return to what I truly trusted traditional wisdom and real food.
I consulted my family doctor, a Siddha practitioner, who gave me simple, practical advice. No shortcuts. No pills. He asked me to stop junk food and aerated drinks, finish dinner early, drink enough water, and most importantly, bring traditional foods back into my daily routine. He suggested millet-based kanji in the morning and simple dosa meals at night.
That’s all.
I followed this consistently, with patience and discipline. Within six months, I lost 26 kilos. More than the weight loss, I felt lighter, healthier, and emotionally stronger. That transformation changed my life and my perspective. I realized that so many women like me were searching for something safe, affordable, and honest, without chemicals or false promises.
