Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the package and product. Our team will review the issue and provide appropriate assistance on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests will be accepted only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
